๐Ÿšฉ Deconstructing Indian politics, as today. ๐Ÿšฉ @ ✒GBG⚔

1.  Why is Modi  led, Amit shah driven Bhajpa set to win the assembly polls. [ Including Haryana, where opposition is badly divided aswell. ]

2.  The reason is the new narrative of new India.

3.  The planks on which the BJP narrative stands is:-

i).  New Nationalism, now defined by a new definition of 'Us verses Them' where 'Us' is the ruling party and it's followers, and 'them' is everyone else, today also dubbed as India's enemies, outside or within.

ii).  Communalism. This is an old and tested formula, applied by Congress and Almost all political parties. People have always been divided and opinionated on religious and communal grounds, for political advantage.

iii). Majoritarianism is the new mantra. Congress had never played the Hindu card as well as  Bhajpa. The reason is that Congress and other parties had a  strategy of keeping majority divided on many different lines, but Bhajpa unified the majority,  although on shallow religious grounds, resulting  in creation of a blindfold effect. Although the real architect of using Cow to harness religio-political sentiment was Vajpayee, the architect of Kamandal and Mandir was Advani, but the fruit of this tree was reaped by Rajnath Singh and coterie, using Modi as the tree shaking elephant.

iv). Then of course is the strategy of using Pakistan as an essential villain, and  using it as a hell word, by telling all critics of establishment, to either fall in line or go to hell, aka Pakistan. This in fact is a strategy borrowed from Pakistan itself  for application in New India.

4.   As a part of the new political strategy, all  Seculars  have been dubbed as Sickulars, all  Liberals have been dubbed as Libtards, all  Urban Communists have been  dubbed as Urban Naxals, and all historians, not towing the right wing line are now dubbed as Distorians (i.e. those who have distorted history).

5.  Support pillars and tools for upholding this narrative are:-

i). Pliant media ( made so by carrot and stick formula).

ii).   A headless and clueless Opposition,  now being  in shambles,  with it's  politicians defecting like rats jumping out of a sinking ship, and it's titans  crashing in to jails or ED cases.  Today,  nearly no one is standing up for any alternative ideology, strong enough or strongly enough.

iii). Political funding, is so arranged that although, Indian economy may have slowed down, but the Bhajpa's funds have increased at speed of a Bullet Train. Party has huge amounts of money, and is not shy of using aswellas misusing it.

 6.  Other reasons which are coming as naturally favourable for Indian  establishment are:-

i). Anti Muslim  narrative is on the rise around the world.

ii). Right leaning is on rise around the world.

iii). Nationalism and 'otherisation' of minorities and immigrants are on the rise around the world. (Brexit, USA wall with Mexico etc.)

iv).  'De-globalisation' is on rise around the world. (Trump no longer wants to pump money into UN, and UK is leaving EU).

v).   Asia is being seen as an economic superpower of future with  developing economies and increased demographic dividend. This makes India a favoured market, courtesy its size.

7. WHAT are the 'Tactics' for establishing majoritarianism ? Well, they are:-

i).  Renaming cities ( eg. Allahabad renamed as Pryagraj. Worth mentioning that the name was changed from Pryagraj to  Allahabad by Akbar in 1575 when he decided to build a fort there.

ii).   Massive hindu symbolism, eg. Writing 'Om' on Rafale etc.

8. This in short is the narrative that has made BJP win spectacular electoral victories, aswellas evade any blame, despite various  economic and political debacles.

9.  The opposition is in a position where it  is neither able to fully emulate this narrative, nor counter it.

10. Thus my prediction is that BJP will win the election again, in Modi's name, inspite of the government failing on the economy, employment  and healthy growth front.

Will the Turkey model follow the Gujrat Model ⁉@✒GBG⚔

1๐Ÿ—ก.  Who all see any similarities in what has happened in Turkey, and what could happen in India ⁉

2๐Ÿ—ก.  Erdogan Sahib has exerted control over Turkey's political institutions. Is Modi Sahib already engaged in a similar process ⁉

3๐Ÿ—ก.  Both  Erdogan and Modi, elude a  characterization, and portray different facades to different people๐Ÿ•ฏ.

4๐Ÿ—ก.  Both leaders have character traits that compulsively impinge upon constitutional institutions. Turkey could not elude Erdogon. Would India be able to Elude M ⁉

5.๐Ÿ—กOr, is it also possible that,  with the Pitbulls let lose, the challangers (Snowballs) will be given a run for their money, or May be, that the Indian 'Challenger' has by now created a 'Doberman Gang' of its own, and some tough action on the streets will be there for public display⁉

6.๐Ÿ—ก  Come what may, Napoleon is not going down without a fight, and a true battle of cow-shed is awaited, with solid 'Bullshit' hitting the Indian political fan, and 'Gaumootra' raining cat's and dogs.

๐ŸšฉDe Novo Religious philosophy, is the need of the day๐Ÿšฉ©@✒ GBG⚔

๐ŸšฉDe Novo Religious philosophy,  is the need of the day๐Ÿšฉ©@✒ GBG⚔

1.  Religion, this or that, needs to be redefined as per our modern social setup.

2.  We need a De-Novo approach to religion. Our misinformed faith and ill-conditioned loyalty towards organised religions must immediately stop, and get redefined in light of, and in favour of  modern sociological, psychological, legal, ethical and  and political thought, which has evolved in the modern times.

3.   To start with, the singular socio-political rider that needs to be put in  place, across globe is that religion can not be allowed to create, any appeal, over and above the basic laws and ethics governing a modern state.

4.   If at all, a citizen feels he needs 'God', he/she must  keep his/her God with in the confines of his/her home.

5.  We often talk of bringing about systemic changes, but continue to stick to old and obsolete systems of organising human society, ethics and values, on basis of obsolete systems,  in name of religion.

6.  Truly and sincerely speaking, a democracy can not ever survive along side a parallel theocracy, or theocratic parallel states  can not be allowed to operate with in a democratic state.

7.  Tragedy is that false and sham democracies like ours, are based on politics of numbers, which in turn depend upon creating identity and ideological divides within the society, religion being one of the major fulcrums to leverage this divide.

8.   As a result citizens of a  state repeatedly fail to realize that they are citizen members of a nation, a state, with its well defined rules of conduct and behaviour called 'LAW OF THE LAND' and a book called constitution. They most mistakenly keep on holding their holy books, over and above the constitution and Law of land.

9.  As young children, people foolishly are taught and conditioned to hold in high esteem their religion, their priests, their so called holy books, where as majority of the citizens of any modern state have not even  seen the outer cover of their nation's constitution, which technically governs the day to day life of a modern state's citizens. Most sincerely speaking, an honest and law abiding citizen does not need any religion or religious teachings.

10.  We need to change all this. Any stupidity in the name of  religious  faith,  and I repeat 'any' religious faith, must be most strongly dealt with, if the modern state has to survive, or else we shall all perish, fighting each other and killing each other in the name of protecting our religions, and fighting our own narrow ended Jihads.

Murky & Slushy political arena of India. @ ๐Ÿ“ฟ๐ŸšฉGuru Balwant Gurunay๐Ÿšฉ⚔

More AYYARI, HOSHIYAARI, Be-Daari, Be-Zaari and extreme MAKKARI in an already Slushy and Murky political arena of India.
@๐Ÿ“ฟ๐ŸšฉGuru Balwant Gurunay๐Ÿšฉ⚔

As we enter the age of  AYYARI in politics, leaving back Hoshiyaari, miles behind, an age of mass deceit has arrived and is here to stay.

Today every communication is being well designed as a tool of public opinion manipulation and every action is aimed at protecting increasing, or hijacking a votebank.

There are animated videos of a political hero doing the rounds, in which our Sahib is being projected as the Patriotic Manoj Kumar or Innocent Raj Kapoor of Indian Dreamworld called Bollywood, as a result of a well thought out media strategy, aimed at both entertaining and 'Infotraining' the masses.

The voice of dissent is also rising in an equal proportion.

People like the one's who are directly related with the election process, and opposition aswellas the general public are raising questions on authenticity of EVMs.

In Gujarat and Himachal both, a recounting of EVM paper slips is being demanded.

In this scenario,  'Operation Laloo' could just be a 'Smoke Screen Operation' to hide own discrepancies of those in power and dull down the voices of dissent.

Laloo being on the hit list of powers that be, now being a much softer target, post his divorce with Nitish and Nitish remarrying his old spouse, BJP, such a strike was expected before the next election.

What can not be ignored is that the  voices of dissent have now started  becoming louder, and started  gaining a wider public audience.

As per Ex Chief Election Commissioner, Shri T.S.Krishnamurti, BJP has won the elections in Himachal and Gujrat, as a result of EVMS hacking.

Time to Think beyond this or that party . Time to Think about India.

In a discussion on Delhi elections with a dear friend, who is an AAP sympathizer, and I don’t know why considers me to be a BJP sympathizer, the question of Kiran verses AK in the coming Delhi bout was bound to rise. The discussion became really interesting, as I brought around the symbolism of boxing in to the struggle for Delhi’s throne.

For this particular election, I am cheering for Kiran Bedi and Narender Modi combination. I was not happy with the way AK had been executing his moves in the Lok Sabha polls. I felt that he neither kept his guard up, nor intelligently chose his fights. Like any over confident novice cheered on by his happy go lucky brigade of supporters, being a fly weight champion he chose to to fight the heavy weight champion of the time and got knocked out flat.

This is when my friend said that people will come and go. They are not important. A party just one year old will take uppercuts and lower cuts in the ring but still fight on. Both its opponents have been in the ring for more than 60 years.  Jan Sang had also taken more than 50 years to reach this stage. Wait for five years and let us see what happens. BJP will either perform and win or go down. In the end said he, " All that I want is a government that performs."

“I could not agree more with you", said I. All that I desire for my nation is good governance and prosperity. We talk about the issues involved and how we can contribute towards nation building. Delhi being the national capital is of special interest to us. Looking at the political developments in the national capital today, one can safely say that Delhi is in a win-win situation. Who so ever wins in Delhi's chief ministerial contest, either Kiran or Kejriwal, Delhi is destined to get a good CM. My only contention is that if AK wins, democracy will stand a good chance but Delhi may not. If Kiran wins, Delhi might just find a good administrator, that it has been looking for. Good for Delhi both ways, but Kiran is a better bet in the present set of circumstances.

If we get down to think about the general political scenario Pan-India, I think it is about time that we start thinking beyond AAP as well. We must think beyond Congress, BJP and AAP. ...........Is AAP not a result of people thinking beyond Congress and BJP ? I think the time to think beyond AAP has also already come.

The new leadership must emerge and it should neither emerge form the poorer classes, nor from the so called rich classes. We must rise above the symbolisms being sold to us, like Gandhi family, Chay vaala, Khaadi wala, jhadu vala, topi wala or the 'Poor man is a good Man' syndrome. We must stop behaving like second rate suckers, chewing at these time tested lolly-pops being thrown at us.

We also must stop comparing Kirans and Kejris at the expense of our own and our nation's precious time. It does not make a difference if any of the leaders has an IIT degree or some one comes from a remote university. Let every aspiring leader fight out his or her case in a public debate, on camera where people should be allowed to shoot questions at them live on television. The paradigm of electioneering in India must also change. We must get over the mega nautanki and slogan shouting road show business.

Let new concepts and new leadership emerge and let it come from people with pure leadership qualities and devotion to India, first and last. All political parties including BJP, Congress and even AAP are saturated with sycophant opportunists, and thus there is little space in them for genuine, truly progressive and patriotic talent.

We all know how Kiran entered active politics. Many bhajpaayees look at her as a paratrooper candidate. Delhites dont look at her like that because she has been policing the capital for long now. Had it not been for PM Modi's strong personality, I am sure the bhajapayees would not have let the lady enter Delhi, why say party. I appreciate this move by PM Narender Modi and party chief Amit Shah. This is the best tradition that they have started in Indian politics, only if they can maintain it.  Forget it if you were in the party or not, If you have talent we will welcome you and give you a more than fair chance.

Now its time to pull the carpet from under the feet of political arrogance. The youth of my nation must realise that BJP, Congress or AAP are not the realities but shadows of backstage players or ideologues. BJP for instance is the shadow of Sangh's ideology and nothing more or less.  It can not but follow the basic guidelines of that ideology which has no space for debate or tolerance. It is a right winged extreme position that they hold. Namo is a forward looking nationalist who may revolutionize the nation, but for doing so he will have to part with extreme right winged thought, to carry forward this very diverse nation, though he is welcome to carry forward the traditions like discipline, service to nation and organisational culture of Sangh.

Congress is the shadow of a political family, a pseudo secular party, which is an expert in running with the rabbits and hunting with the hounds. Their pseudo secularism stands exposed by 1984 riots of Delhi. Their move to demote Lovely and put Ajay Maken in charge of Delhi is a clear signal that they don't expect Sikhs of Delhi to vote for them. Sikhs are bound to go the Akali BJP way in Delhi, so who needs Lovely. Let Maken be incharge, so as to lure some of the anti Sikh, anti minority votes. They wear socialist masks to hide their capitalist money laundering ways, being the masters of the dirtiest political maneuvers.

Let us understand a huge truth here, that AAP too is not a reality, but a mere shadow. There are two realities here. One reality is people like Anna and his agitation giving vent to the common man’s anger against a corrupt and pro-rich, anti-poor system, and second reality is a mega ambition in the emerging Indian middle classes to claim a stake in India's political power circles. Then there is a third reality as well. This reality is common to all parties across lines. Here I am referring to vested interests, hidden faces of different radicalized lobbies, whose main aim is not to serve the nation, but put their remote controlled zombies in seats of power to be in control and effect Indian decision making.

In the play of all these shadows there is just but 'ONE REALITY' which is eternal. It is the people's anger against an unjust and corrupt system which works for the powerful and rich and crushes the poor and downtrodden. This reality will recast its more authentic shadows in the future. Why should we be sitting on the sides of the ring and be watching these political players take pot shots at each other as they play prefixed matches to entertain and fool the public. Down the line, why don't we form new parties, get in to active politics and be right in the middle of the ring, where the action lies. This is my call to the youth of India.

My only agenda is  'Jaagtey Raho, Jaggaatey Raho', a slogan that I and my friends have devised as our slogan. ‘No party can be the first and the last shadow of people's anger against a corrupt system. If need be, we will recast it again and again, more honestly, more diligently and more intelligently. This is the essence of the democratic process. The pen must never stop writing and the voices must never get quiet. The call for justice in an unjust system must be heard loud and clear if, need be so.
