🎠On Manmohan Ji, Sonia Ji and Modi ji🚩©✒GBG⚔

1.  These three faces have ruled the Indian politics for the last decade and a half. They are a hot subject of memes, jokes, mudslinging,  and even worthy aswellas unworthy praise and criticism. So lets have a very brief look at all three.

2.  To begin with, lets have an extremly brief look at our lady of courage. Coming from ordinary italian background, Sonia married Rajiv Gandhi, the son of Mrs Indira Gandhi. After the death of her mother in law, Sonia Gandhi's husband became the PM, who again met a tragic death.

3.  Sonia, a young widow, with two young children then faced the most harrowing times of her life, both personally and politically.  But with her grit and determination, she overcame all. Having been slurred for being an italian married to an indian, as if this alone can be the reason to trash some one, Mrs Sonia Gandhi has overcome some of the worst circumstances in her political career. Her greatest strength is her ability to take pain, insult and defeat in her stride and emerge as a winner afterall.

4.  Mr. Manmohan Singh  is most sincerely a lucky winner. Twice he has remained the PM of India, but it was the Congress led by Sonia, that in fact won the match on ground.

5.  Narsimha Rao gave Singh Sahib his first break as a finance minister.  As Finance Minister he brought some positive  structural reforms and liberalized India's economy. As a result, Singh became known globally as a  reformist economic leader.

6.  Singh's politics is different and his rise circumstantial. He is not a leader of the masses, but a loyal party man who is very good at deliverance, but only if, some one can take care of the dirty politics for him.

7.  When UPA came to power, Pranab was sidelined and Singh brought in as a more cooperative proxy PM. The political part of the game was taken care of by Sonia. Singh's role was to look after the administration alone.

8.  Singh is basically a bureaucrat and a teacher, who is a good and wise administrator too, but he is quite apolitical.
He is not a political mudwrestler, but a guy who goes on the podium to recieve the trophy of a match, when the winner is not allowed to go on the podium.

9.  Singh Sahib became, PM twice, because of his own good luck and the fact that Sonia could not be the PM. His second term too, was a result of both these factors plus the fact that he was loyal and non-threatening to the Capo Signora Rispettabile.

10.  On the other hand Mr. Modi with all his flaws in understanding economy and strategy,   happens to be a mass leader. Having thrice been the CM of Gujrat, Mr. Modi is way ahead of Mr. Singh, when it comes to being a winner in a the slushy cesspool of Indian politics.

11.  Having risen from amongst the masses, to have reached the position of PM, talks volumes about two things. Firstly, the superbly great political acumen of Mr. Modi, and secondly, the amount of margin that the Indian democracy allows,  to politics of manipulative courage and extreme  positioning.

12.  Being a game of numbers and money, Mr Modi is a master striker of the game of Hindustani Rajniti, as he garnered the biggest election financiers as well as the requisite numbers on his side, by using the political card of religion.

13.  I am not here to lay blame on any of these captains of the Indian Ship. I admire  all three for their abilities to survive, Manmohan via his adminstrative ability, loyalty and servitude, Modi for his extremely sharp mind, his  ruthless and cunning political acumen and his ability to create mirages,  and Sonia for her great courage, grit, determination  and perseverance.

1. I will begin by verily proclaiming, as if from atop Mount. Sinai, that Politicians have no religion, but they repeatedly use the handle of religion to churn trouble to suite their shallow goals.

2. Sikhs, the common Sikhs got battered in 84, for no fault of their's and were made to feel like 3rd rate citizens inspite of having rendered first grade services to our nation. Ordinary Muslims, going around with living their ever so common lives were similarly battered in Gujrat.  This was tragic, and unluckily the phenomena does not seem to be dying.

3.  Mrs Gandhi's assassination by her own guards, while staying in service of  our late PM, and using their duty hours, wearing their duty uniform, using their duty  weapons and duty ammunition,  to carry out her assassination was unethical,  unbecoming, tragic and uncalled for under any given circumstances, but also at the same time, an instigated mass violence  initiated against the sikh identity as a reaction was equally tragic, criminal, unethical, unjust and uncalled for.

4.  Some people are talking about those dark times to be forgotten. I have seen all that from close quarters. Having lost my dearest Sikh family member to terrorist bullets, having lost my good friends to the anti-sikh mob violence, how can any one who has seen all this so up close, ever forget all the madness that prevailed .

5.  The anger in any sikh, against the mob violence of 84 is natural, and singularly the most isolating factor for Sikhs.

6.  Last but not the least, let me be amply clear that all Sikhs are not Indians and all Indians are not hindus. Hindus as well as Sikhs and muslims are citizens of many different countries across globe.

7. Thus,  If a Canadian Sikh, comes to visit the Golden temple, and  says some thing, why should his statement be used to drum up a false battle against sikh youth in punjab, as if it is not a simple expression of regret, but a trumpet call for re-igniting a separatist movement in Punjab. This most simply put is  sheer  politics.

8.  In light of this, let our present honourable Prime minister, Shri N. Modi, not be guided by political foxes of Punjab politics, just like the Late Madam Prime minister was. Because  when the very man on top is politically prejudiced against imaginary circumstances prevailing in a nation's border state, some very vicious sets of circumstances, may get set in motion, to a great disadvantage of Punjab, aswellas India, both.

9. Let Harjit Sajjan say and express what he feels, why our governments should behave and act as if he represents the sepratists, rather than canada as a nation,  and then let the brown hounds and black cats out, announcing  a new witch hunt. Do the politicians think that people are so dumb.

10. Canadian Defense minister is only speaking his mind out as a sikh. Let him do that and go back home in peace, and so should we, go on minding our own business.Period.

11. Treating Harjit as a sikh rather than the Defense minister of Canada and treating Justin Trudo as Harjit's friend rather than the Prime minister of Canada was, is and will remain  a diplomatic blunder, a political blooper, an absolute boo-boo, a major  faux pas,  an international goof up, a political wisdom lapse,  a huge international slip and stumble  on part of India.

12.  Afterall, did our own PM not visit Palestine recently, and has the ISIS and Lashkar and other radicals not have, or have had  relations with PLO ?

13.  But in all this hobnobbing and pull and push, if a new strategy to brewup fresh trouble, in already battered punjab is being planned by our own politicians, they better be damned and warned at the same time. They shall miserably fail this time.

14.   How can Canada's Defense minister suddenly become so dangerous for India, or is it just that he happens to be a sikh, and in that case, is India suffering from Sikh-phobia, or are they all just making it up. In both the cases, its stupid, dumb and unfounded.

The Delhi Battle.

                                                  The Delhi Battle is on. After the battle lines were drawn, the announcement of the names of battle commanders was the second obvious outcome. The real battle in Delhi, if I may use the martial arts terminology is between  the Cat and the Monkey.  One, a sharp clawed resolute fighter and the other a jumping jack who has often surprised one and all with his moves in the past. 

                                               In the battle for Delhi, to displace a well placed 'Heavy weight AK', on the Delhi's chess board, Namo pitched in  'Crane Bedi'.  Modi has shown his astute political acumen by offering a unique 'Modi-Bedi' combination to Delhites though it was both a winning move as well as a face saving move by Modi. 

                                               How it works out in the ensuing political battle, is a different scene altogether, but if Bedi makes it to the CM's Chamber, Delhi can positively hope to see a huge fall in its crime rate.  Put one good cop in command of things and miracles can happen as far as policing is concerned and delhi does need some serious policing. So far so good.  Modi by doing what he has done has given the best possible gift that Delhi could hope for but only if Kiran makes it to the winning line. 
             
                                               There are many a slips between the cups and lips.  Namo, willy as he is in his moves has saved him self from the disgrace of losing Delhi,  if it be so, but if we put the face saving part aside,  I can clearly see that, Namo is not only keen on winning Delhi but also keen on delivering what he promised to the nation, 'Good Leadership at all levels. This may take some time but the good work seems to have begun by bringing in Bedi. 
                                                             

                                               

                                                       Now an anlysis of these two fighters who face each other in the arena. Kiran AN Kejri.  Kejriwal looks like a calm guy,  but deep within he is a fighter full of turmoil, thus he lost his aces not once but twice, rather thrice.  First he took the call in Delhi when he should not have. Then he tied up with congress, the ones against whom he stood in the first place. Then he left the defences undefended to engage in Varanasi, and engaged with the heaviest tide of times only to be washed ashore like a dead starfish. In Delhi he had shaken hands with his arch enemies only to be left in the lurch by the letdowns. 

                                                            Kiran has been on many long journeys and has gone through pain and humiliation, but went on fighting. She never gave up either as a soldier, or as a social combatant. She kept her self alive, made herself visible, and made sure she is in the front of war against social evils. She not only has the zeal, but also the acumen to deliver business but her weakness is that she is not good with words. She is bound to screw up this election if at all, by giving some funny statement, as she tries to blabber with the media. She is a great administrator but an unseasoned politicians. This is her Achilles heal. 

                          
                                                              People try and compare these two personalities on superfluous grounds, like who got in to IRS in his fist attempt or who got in to IPS in her third attempt and such fluffy bullshit. The fact of the matter is that AK tried to run this race like the RAbbit, in the rabbit and the tortoise story.  Kiran on the other hand is a long distance runner.  Any long distance runner goes through pain and injury. To teach this , Sufi and Zen masters take their disciples through long and painful walks, even at the cost of discomfort to themselves. Those who can walk it with thorns in their feet always reach the goal.

                                                   

                                                           Why did Gen VK and Kiran leave him in the first place, many people ask this simple question. One theory is that they were BJP's moles in AAP where as the other theory is that our Muffler man and his few close cronies, some of whom have ditched him now,  were not ready to see any one emerge strong in their top cadre, so Gen VK and Kiran were tactfully made uncomfortable, and shown the door from AAP, not that they left it on their own. 

                                                          If and when you decide to read between the lines or observe the undercurrents, you will easily see through the whole game. What we are seeing as a new development today was in fact, written on the wall, a long time back.  So, if the Monkey wins,  Delhi will not have much to hope for as the big daddy sitting in the center wont support him much. You will get protests and bickering. If the Cat wins the Monkey shall always be there to  protest and oppose any wrong move by the government .The public will benefit more from this arrangement and get better governance.  Yes The Monkey can be a much better king, only if he promises to evolve, and promises to himself that this time he will not kill flies with the royal sword

                                             
                                                          This is the ZEN of Politics as on today. We will deal with it tomorrow as it comes. Tomorrow, in any case is another day.
