Meaning--- I Worship Shiva, The eternal Spiritual Essence that Nourishes all beings.

May I be spiritually awakened so as to severe my bondages form Worldly Life like a Cucumber severed from the bondage of its Creeper, Liberate me from the Fear of Death oh Lord by helping me realize that I am inseparable from my eternal nature, in life and in death.

THE TRUTH OF THE MANTRA lies in understanding its meaning. Once the meaning and feeling is deeply embedded in your mind there is no need to repeat any mantra. All that then needed is Dhyaan. The mantra , its meaning, its essence must be your dhyaan, the focus of the central point of your existence.

                             There was a time, it is said, when there was no death. The world became congested, and its resources approached a point of exhaustion. 

                              So Yama was appointed the lord of death to restore nature’s balance and relieve the suffering of the planet. Death needed servants to accomplish its task. Disease, famine, accidents, and old age played this role and acted as death’s messengers.

                        Not understanding its place in the order of the universe, all beings started fearing death. They did not quite comprehend the phenomena of death as sometimes they witnessed premature death and worried lest they be taken before their appropriate time, without having lived fully, so to say..

                             In times of distress, disease, war or other challenges to life, fear of death led to even greater suffering. To overcome this fear, it is said that ever so kind Lord Shiva, The eternal yogi, The first Guru of all Gurus, a Yug Purush, an Avtar Purush,  Shiva himself gave humanity the gift of Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra. 

                           Whenever there is stress, grief or illness, or when fear of death intrudes in awareness, this great mantra is chanted. The ‘Great Death-Conquering mantra’.  is also  called the Rudra mantra, referring to the furious aspect of Shiva, the Tryambakam mantra, referring to Shiva's three eyes and  Mrita-Sanjivini mantra being  a life restoring mantra. 

                                  Hailed by the sages as the heart of the Vedas, the true understanding of Maha Mrityunjaya mantra activates a healing force in body and mind, lifting one up in times of trouble. It restores health and happiness and blesses one with calm in the face of death. ……

PESHAWAR ARMY SCHOOL TRAGEDY.......

                                    The attack on Peshawar Army School resulting in death of 145 innocent children and injuring many more is an extremely tragic result of inhuman fundamentalism once again exposing its dark as hell side.

                                   This is bound to happen when people get over involved with an Unseen and Unfelt God but fail to love their fellow humans whom they see every day............ That is why Shaheed Bhagat Singh refused to believe in any entity such as God even till his last breath. Any kind of blind faith in any kind of God is result of shallow, unscientific and illogical thinking and this concept of religion and God is the Opium of masses and the drug of fools turning them into foolish fundamentalists.

                                 One of my dear friends was shocked, as all of us are at this incident. and his reaction was," How could these heartless bastards do it ? 

                           My candid answer was,' 'Exactly the way heartless bastards pulled innocents out of buses and shot them dead in Punjab, exactly the way heartless bastards burnt alive innocent Hindu pilgrims in Godhra train, exactly the way heartless bastards killed thousands of innocent Muslims in Gujarat riots, exactly the way heartless bastards burnt alive a Christian priest and his children in Orissa and exactly the way heartless bastards killed thousands of innocent Sikhs in Delhi riots'. To sort out these heartless bastards we too should act like them........Be heartless when dealing with them.

                               A man drunk on religious bigotry, irrespective of his being a Muslim, Sikh or a Hindu is as high, unreasonable and bad a man as the one with a  heavy dose of synthetic drug in his veins. The only difference is that in case of fanaticism the drug is not injected in the vein but brain.  They are in a senseless state of mind and are capable of any atrocity. 

                                  Let us also not forget that this very unfortunate attack by some zombie terror group is a targeted attack. It is a reaction to Pakistan army's selective approach in hitting at terror. In Waziristan and Gilgit they are going all out hitting out at Shia’s and other select groups or ethnicities whereas patronizing the terror groups in POK and Punjab to wage a proxy war against India. 

                             Pakistan's innocent citizens are paying the price for the double standards of their politicians and misadventures of ISI. My appeal and advice to Pak ISI officers would be to work towards realizing a vision of a truly progressive Pakistan and for that they must, and I say again, must hunt down all fundamentalists all across Pakistan and ruthlessly eliminate them. 

                   

                            This approach must be followed all across the world to eliminate the curse  of extremism from all across our world. There should be zero tolerance towards any terrorism, may be Hindu, Sikh, Christian or Islamic terrorism.

                                   

                     The root of this problem lies in religion and politics marrying each other and giving birth to an absolute Devil called 'Religious Fundamentalism'. This is an extremely tragic and unholy alliance. In my opinion all religious fundamentalists must be treated like vermin, hunted down and eliminated irrespective of their religion. 

                                  Also in any modern progressive and developing country there should be state support for culture, song, music, poetry, art and dance which encourage brotherhood but absolutely no place for organised religion. All temples mosques and gurudwaras must immediately be converted into silent libraries and meditation halls where people can go to read books, learn music or just meditate and contemplate but no religious mass or preaching should be allowed. If somebody wants to read Quran, Bible, Gita Ramayana or SGGS let him sit in silence and peace and read it.

                                Where is the need to build such high drama around scriptures with all the Priests Mullahs Pandits and Granthis trying to explain them with their half baked knowledge and politically prejudiced concepts.  If you respect scriptures read them but don't create a ritualistic Drama around them, as it is the drama which attracts the fools and ends up in tragedies like this and many others the world has seen.  

                              We all condemn the tragic incidents like ‪#‎peshawarschoolattack‬. But we must not fail to empathise and truly sympathise with the situation. To do so we need to put our own house in order as well. Let all religious people contemplate over the fact that their should be no place in their religion for violent expression of their faith. Those who don't follow any religion or are atheists...let me assure you friends ..the doors of heaven are already wide open for you and I congratulate you for not turning our mother earth into 'A Living Hell' at least.

NAMO...Its high time to sweep the Rajneetik Gandagi (Political Muck) of India.

Why does India need systemic changes......................?

Recently a remark by one of the female MP's of BJP in which she was addressing all supporters of BJP as Ramzaadey and all those who don't support BJP as Haramzaadey not only got the opposition into the well of the house, enraged millions pan India and embarrassed a well meaning and highly intelligent Prime Minister Narendra Modi but this unsavoury remark by this sadhvi is also forcing social crusaders like me to once again make a strong demand for shift in our democratic system.

                      It is high time that we bring in a system where in a great PM like NAMO is not embarrassed by the fluff that the system is forcing on an otherwise smart and slick leader like him. I reiterate my stand on mine and my like minded friends demand for systemic changes in Indian political system. Its the system that turns good and patriotic leaders into self centered ones. 

                         

                                 Technically the democracy in india in its present form is designed to be a hidden kleptocracy...... [ Kleptocracy is a  form government where the government exists to increase through corruption the personal wealth and political power of its officials and the ruling class at the expense of the wider population, often under the pretense of honest service. Yemen, Pakistan and India are its glaring examples in the world today.]  

                                

                                                   The quality of political leadership being thrown up by this system is alarmingly low quality. But if India shifts to a Presidential form of government ...इन्हीं अंधेरों में से कोई नूर निकले गा, ....स्वॉल उठा है जबाब ज्‍रूर निकले गा. Thus systemic change could bring in a lot of solace to a decaying Indian democracy.

                           Imagine if PM modi had a choice, would he have allowed many of these third class abusive, criminalised semi educated MPs to even enter the parliament ? जो बंदा खुद पार्लीमेंट को मंदिर मान कर पार्लिमेंट की सीढ़ीओं पर माथा टेक कर पार्लीमेंट में जाता है , क्या  वो खुश हो सकता है इस हाल में ? ... Never. He is helpless.

                                 

                            The system is forcing any national leader with some character and quality to bring in 280 people who can support him/her so that this person can then lead a huge nation like India. In case of a popular leader like Modi this has become possible as a result of his personal political charisma but if it was not so it could only have been made possible by garnering the support of thugs and thieves with rape and murder charges who happen to sneak in to the temples of democracy as peoples representatives. Getting this support from these criminalised politicians straightaway means sharing political power with them thus resulting in the criminalisation of politics. This is the result of Indian system of democracy being designed to be run by numbers, or so to say to be run by quantity and not quality. Thus all that is important in the present process is numbers. To ensure that all those who get elected are clean is an impossible dream due to immense financial, class, creed, religious and other diversities in India.  

                              With the shift in system one good and democratically empowered man will be able to ensure a quality government, and as a result,  quality governance in the nation.    ..... Imagine if Ajit Doval was not just our NSA but our defence minister, Katju our law minister, Tharoor our foreign minister, Amartya Sen our economic minister, Kailash Satyarthi our child welfare minister, Seechewal our social welfare minister and so on with an honest hard task master like Modi as our Prime minister................. India will be a superpower with in 10 years. Can Modi induct such talent in to his government today... Its impossible. Is pagal khaaney mein to theek admi ko bhi pagal ki acting karni padti hai... just to survive.

  

                            So we urgently need a shift.... and if the shift does not happen............ we are drifting and bound to drift more towards absolute anarchy and then revolution. With government guns and forces this cyclic political change can not be stopped .... not even Modi can stop it if he decides to use force to suppress this change, he will only end up accelerating the nation towards a bloody change, but on the other hand if he becomes a facilitator and makes the shift happen towards a presidential form of government and a federal Union of Indian [ FUOI ] or so to say 'United States of India' 'USI' ...........not only the Indian boundary shall expand beyond its present LOC' and IB but India will be saved from anarchy, internal turmoil and a bloody revolution. 

                                

                         बहुत  लोग सिस्टम में रह कर सिस्टम को बदलने की बात करते हैं which is impossible because system does not allow it. सिस्टम ही बदलना पड़े गा, its a choice that Indians have to make, चाहे कलम ओर वोट से  गले सड़े सीस्टम को बदल लो वरना आने वाली नसले बंदूक त्रिशूल किरपान ओर बम्ब से इसे बदल दें गी .... वो माँ भारती के लिए तथा  ह्म जैसे शांतिप्रिय भारतियों  के लिए बहुत दुखदायी हो गा।

Do not be a Witch Hunter... Be a Nation Builder.

Jawaharlal Nehru became the first PM of democratic India in spite of Sardar Patel as the Prime Ministerial choice of many.  Nehru's being close to then Governor General of India, Lord Mountbatten, his being cozy with Lady Mountbatten and Gandhi having a soft corner for him made Gandhi pitch in Nehru's favor. This was the most unfortunate decision that Gandhi took in his life.

                  Winston Churchill specifically pointed out that 60 years down the line Indian system would be taken over by thieves and thugs. Churchill was prophetic in his observations. Today and for the past so many years we are being ruled by corrupt politicians. The qualities required to be an Indian politician are mindblowing. He may or may not be educated, he may or may not have civic sense, he may or may not be a decent person but he should be a sycophant, hypocrite, exploiter, kleptomaniac, robber and a liar of high order and a man of low character. He should be a worm with spineless disposition when it comes to dealing with those in power but should have Nazi Boots to kick the poor and weak. Not last but least he should have a criminal record as only such people are finding places in the power berths. The quality of political leaders being thrown forward by all national and regional parties is the same. Be it Congress, BJP or any other party. Pan India it is the land, drug, mining, transport, entertainment and gun mafia who are ruling the roost. Corrupt faces in BJP are as easy to find as they are in congress.

                         Nehru gave India a system that was bound to be corrupt. The fact is that in any democracy it is a consensus that works and should work but on ground zero this never happens. Many of us assume that constitution was framed by a committee and so on but the fact is that thousands of obsolete laws, copy pasted in to our constitutionalized legal system are the work of Nehruvians.  It goes without saying that it is the top leader who makes all the difference. His little whims and fancies are catered to or taken care of and he alone is responsible for all the good and bad things happening under his command. So it was with Nehru and so it shall be with Modi. Although India was cursed with criminalization of politics while being presided over by Nehru and his cronies but it remains to be seen if Modi frees India of this curse or merely presides over the circus as it's new ringmaster. Sycophancy seems to have become our national psyche and everybody is singing songs of NAMO even as they ignore the fact that with all his nationalistic intentions Namo is after all presiding over and managing the same old Indian Tamasha. Of late there was a Spanish statue of Namo of which the front is as happy and clean as can be but there is poop lying at the back, the Spanish statue is communicating a simple fact that Namo too has the same old shit behind him.

                         It has become quite fashionable today to not only criticize Nehru and his bad legacy of dynastic politics but folks seem to be substituting the real national issues with Nehru bashing.  People like Subra... Swami are busy digging the graves of his ancestry and lineage and proving his muslim bloodline but does that solve any purpose? No doubt JLN left behind severe border disputes, communal pests, a trend of political dynasties to rob India and an extremely sycophant and corrupt legacy but whether his 'so assumed by Swami' grandfather was indeed a Muslim DARBARI in last Mughal king Bahadur Shah Zafar's court who took a Hindu name Gangadhar to escape the Britishers, or whether he slept with the then first lady of India is irrelevant for today's India. It is an old trick to give Dabloo a bad name to make Babloo a good boy.  Subramaniam Swami is a master of this game. Rather than involving India with what has been wrong with those buried underneath for years now, it is rather more important to see what is wrong with our system and nation today and how can we correct it.

                        Even in Modi's cabinet there are quite a few who have the marks of criminal 'paan supari' on their otherwise spotless modi jackets.  There is a strong presence of ‘Político Criminal' in Modis knights and lords as well.  In Modi’s zeal in adding more and more kamals the vidhan sabhas and the Lok sabha are rather getting filled with them.             ........{If he has a super strategy of changing the system by first ensuring that he can get a mandate for change from all state assemblies, so be it.}..........     What is it that we as patriotic Indians could do about it. Our immediate contribution should be that rather than getting busy with issues like Nehru bashing. Islam bashing or  even Papu bashing we should be doing some 'Systemic ills' bashing. We need to address the systemic issues plaguing our mother land. Modi with all his good intentions is helpless as he depends on 281 KAMALS blooming in the dirty slush of criminalized Indian politics. I am sure in the heart of heart Modi is not happy with this situation, he can not be if he truly loves India. If he too is another dramebaaz than it is sad, very very sad situation for our country. I would love to be convinced that Modi has honest intentions, thus he may be happy with the number of lotuses he is gathering but can certainly not be happy with their quality. I am sure Modi wishes better for India.  Let more and more right minded people empower our beloved PM and encourage him to bring about some systemic change by creating an atmosphere in favour of such change rather than getting busy with old grave digging exercises which could be entertaining and involving but absolutely nonproductive.

                                          India needs a federal structure not only for better administration but also to ensure that the AKHAND BHARAT mission is fulfilled. In a federal nation the regional aspirations shall be fulfilled alongside national agendas. Let us not forget that India has always voted for a personality. India has voted for Indira Gandhi or Atal Bihari and so on. This time also India has and is voting for Modi and not BJP. Whatever gains BJP has made in Haryana and MR are purely the gains of MODI. So it is a person we vote for and per say the system requires us to chose hundreds of idiots to put this one man in office. Why can't we  elect this man straight and entrust him with the power to appoint best men and women on best jobs ? Imagine the huge burden that will be taken off the exchequer. We do not need thousands of corrupt and criminalized  MP's and MLA's  elected by larger than life election drama to preside over an army of  well read, trained and meritorious IAS, IPS and state services officers, only to criminalize and jam the complete administrative machinery.

             Just to inform my learned readers, Indian taxpayers are paying through their nose to maintain 4145 MLA's and 795 swanky car riding, helicopter flying,  foundation stone laying,  ribbon cutting MPs   to make and amend laws,  when many of them are themselves wanted in cases ranging from heavy financial misappropriation to rape assault and murder. As an executive function they  preside over the biggest administrative machinery in the known universe  comprising of  4737 IAS officers, 4730 IPS officers and lakhs of state cadre officers only to corrupt it to the last level and ensure it never runs smoothly.

                    India has come of age. No doubt India needs a strong and nationalistic leader like Narendrabhai Modi to preside over our nation but we also need a system that supports an honest man to be truly functional at all levels. We need to rediscover and redefine ourselves. Rather than a multilevel administration where we have the panch, sarpanch, on one hand,  BDO, tehsildar, and Collectors on the other to be presided over by MLAs and MPs who mess it up all, we should have a truly functional and effective administrative machinery.  Britishers had designed the system to suit them, JLN and team copy pasted it and every indian leader since then is going around on this political merry go round  in the mad Indian political Mela having fun generation after generation.  We need a system that works not for politician but for the nation. In the present system of multilayered administration an ass of a politician can make a mockery of officers like Khemka and Durga, He can make sure that an IPS officer be given 45 transfers in less than 3 years. He can make sure that a politician gets away with rape and murder whereas an ordinary man get's thrown behind bars for flimsiest of reasons. My simple question is.........   Is it a  joke going on or are we running a nation ? This is certainly not the India that our freedom fighters gave their lives for. Let’s get over our witch hunting fixation and get going with the real job of nation building. We do need systemic changes otherwise the same gang of ghost hunters who are digging Gandhi and JLN's graves today shall soon be doing the same with NAMO as well.  Its high time that those entrusted with the responsibility of changing the destiny of this great nation sit up and listen to thousands of voices like mine who as opinion leaders represent the silence of millions of unspoken voices of a nation. WHY I LIKE NAMO and hope he will do so much GOOD FOR INDIA

कुछ मित्र हिन्द पाक सीमा तथा हिन्द चीन सीमा पे चल रही तनातनी को ले कर तनाव में नरिंदरभाई मोदी की आलोचना करते पाये  गए। इस सब के चलते मुझे लगा की मैं दोस्तों को सच से रूबरू करवा ही दूँ।  शुरू  में ही कहता चलूँ की नमो पे लगाये जा रहे  सभी इलज़ाम गलत हैं। आईये देखें क्यों  और कैसे ?  असलियत यह है की 1999 के बाद पहली बार भारत किसी भी प्रकार की पाक शरारत का धड़ल्ले से जबाब दे  रहा है और इस का सीधा श्रेय PMO यानी प्रधान मंत्री कार्यालय को जाता है।  हमारे जंगजू हवाई लड़ाकू विमान तैयार  खड़े हैं I आदेश मिलते ही हमारे हवाई योद्धा दुश्मन की  छाती  चीरने को लालायित हैं।  हमारे समुंद्री जंगी बेड़े  और पनडुब्बियां भी,  किसी भी  प्रकार के 'डिफेंसिव-ऑफेन्सिव' एक्शन के लिए तैयार हैं।   याद रहे की ये सब पी एम  मोदी की  हमारे नेशनल सेक्युरिटी एडवाइजर अजित डोवाल द्वारा पेश की गयी "आक्रामक प्रतिरक्षा" के डॉक्ट्रिन को  हरी झंडी दिखाने का नतीजा है।  अजित डोवाल इस स्ट्रैटेजी की इम्प्लीमेंटेशन की  मांग कई बार कर चुके थे लेकिन मोदी पहले प्रधानमंत्री हैं जिन्हों ने इस पे एक्शन का हुक्म दिया।  यह वोही स्ट्रैटेजी है जिसे इज़राइल अपने शत्रुओं के विरुद्ध इस्तेमाल करता है।  मैं खुद भी  'कोल्ड स्टार्ट ' तथा 'आक्रामक प्रतिरक्षा' जैसी स्ट्रॅटजीज़ यानी नीतिओं  का डाई हार्ड हिमायती हूँ।  ये सब स्ट्रॅटजीज़ हमारे लिए कोई नयी नहीं हैं लेकिन जरूरत  थी तो पॉलिटिकल विल की।  ख़ुशी की बात है की मोदी के रूप में हमें ऐसा लीडर मिला जो इस से नहीं चूका।

1.   सोमवार की सुबह सवेरे ही PMO यानी प्रधान मंत्री कार्यालय से रक्षामंत्रालय तथा सेना प्रमुखों को पाकिस्तानी शरारत का मुंहतोड़ जबाब देने के स्पष्ट हुक्म सुना दिए गए थे। 

2.   तभी से सेना की  105 mm और  120 mm तोपें, 155 mm होव्ट्ज़र गन्स ,  हैवी रॉकेट बैट्रिज़ और 100 mm  तथा  81 mm mortar units बॉर्डर पे दुश्मन के  परखच्चे उड़ाने में लगी हुई हैं। ये करवाई LoC पर कारगिल से राजौरी तथा आर इस पूरा से जम्मू तक तमाम जगहों पर की जा रही है।
 
3.  10,000 से भी ज्यादा गोले दागे जा चुके है और  500,000 दे ज्यादा हैवी मशीन गन तथा लाइट मशीन गन की गोलियों की बौछार  इन्दर देव की बारिश की तरहं पाक धरती पे बरसाई जा चुकी हैं।

4.   100  से ज्यादा पाकिस्तानियों के फौत  होने की खबरें हैं जिन में ज़्यादा तर फौजी हैं। 

5.   सैंकड़ों पाकिस्तानी बॉर्डर पोस्टों  को तहस नहस कर दिया गया  है।

6.   30 से ज्यादा दहशत पसंद मारे जा चुके हैं और 400-450 दहशत पसंद जो बॉर्डर पार कर के  हिदुस्तान की सर ज़मीन पर अपने नापाक इरादों  को सरंजाम देने वाले थे , पाकिस्तान ने फिर से अपने बिलों में छुपा दिए हैं , यानि टेक्निकल भाषा में बात करें तो उन्हें  लॉन्च पैड्स से हटा कर स्टेजिंग एरियाज में भेज दिया गया है।

7.   तमाम बॉर्डर पे शानदार ब्रह्मोस बैटरीज तैनात कर दी गयी हैं।  ये सब तो अभी शुरुआत भर है और इतने में ही पाकी जंगजू अपनी पतलून संभालते हुए यु-एन जा पहुंचे है जहां वो 'इन हिन्दुस्तानियों को रोको' की गुहार लगा रहे हैं। 

8.   हमारे सैन्य दल खुश हैं की बरसों बाद उन्हें ईंट का जबाब पत्थर  से देने के आदेश मिले हैं। ये खुली छूट उन्हें मुद्तों बाद मिली है और वो  खुल कर सांस लेते हुए सैन्य  करवाई कर रहे हैं.   यहां ये भी बताता चलूँ की हमारे गोला  बारूद के भंडार जो की पिछली सरकार के चलते एक खतरनाक हद तक कम थे अब पूरी तरह भर दिए  गए हैं और आज हम एक लम्बी और निर्णायक लड़ाई लड़ने की ताक़त रखते हैं।

9 .  चीन की भी बात करता चलूँ।  चीन के 1000 घुसपैठिये सैनिकों के जबाब में भारत ने भी अपने 1500 जांबाज़ उन के इलाके में तैनात कर दिए ……नतिजा। ……चीनी नमो नमो कहते हुए वापिस हो लिए।  

             क्या ये  सब काफी नहीं है ? विरोधी राजनीतिक दल या फिर मीडिया कुछ भी कहें,  लेकिन  सच तो यह है की पिछले कई दशकों में बिना जंग का एलान किये भारत ने ये सब पहली बार किया  है। अब न तो मेरा ये सब लिखना कोई नमो गुणगान है और  न ही कोई सरकारी बयान। … ये तो  हिंदी  भाषि देशवासियों को यथार्थ का दर्शन करवाने और उन का हौंसला बुलंद करने की  एक छोटी सी कोशिश है।   शामिक मोइत्रा का धन्यवादी हूँ उन के इस ही सन्दर्भ में लिखे गए अंग्रेजी लेख ' Three Cheers for Indian Army' के लिए ।                                                                                                                                                                                       जय हिन्द। … कवि बलवंत गुरने।

1000 गले सड़े कानून कचरे की टोकरी में ..............balwant gurunay

आने वाले विंटर पार्लियामेंट सेशन में सरकार तकरीबन 1000 गले सड़े कानूनों को कचरे  की टोकरी का मुंह दिखाने वाली है।  इस की जितनी  भी प्रशंसा की जाये कम है।   आज़ादी के बाद बहुत से गले सड़े  कानून अंग्रेज़ों  के ज़माने के जैसे के तैसे ही चले आ रहे हैं। ये कानून किसी भी भारतीय की स्वतंत्रता को पलक झपकते ही गुलामी  में बदलने के लिए काफी हैं। Tragedy is that these draconian laws have been functional even after 70 years of independance. 

इन में  बदलाव अति आवश्यक है। 

अंग्रेज़ों के बनाये कानूनो की खासीयत और असलियत ये है की ये दो  बेसिक अज़ंप्शंस पे आधारित हैं:-

 1.   पहला ये कि हर आम आदमी अपराधी  है।  कानून तोड़ना  उस का  स्वभाव है.

 2.  दूसरा  कि  हर राजशाही व्यक्ति देवता स्वरूप है।  यानी 

(सरकारी ओहदे दार, जो अंग्रेज़ों के समय सिर्फ  अँगरेज़ अफसर ही थे लेकिन आज़ाद भारत में पहले अफसर, फिर नेता और अब तो इन सभी का परिवार भी, सभी इस श्रेणी में आ गए हैं ) पाक साफ़ हैं।

               इस ही वास्ते आज़ाद भारत में अफसर और नेता बनने की एक होड़ सी लगी रही  है। हमारी विधानसभाओं और लोकसभा में दागियों की अच्छी खासी  मौजूदगी इस ही बात का संकेत है।  जो जितना बड़ा अपराधी  है वो नेता बनने के लिए उतना ही उतावला है। अंग्रेज़ों द्वारा खुद को भारतियों पर निरंकुश राज करने के लिए बनाया गया ये कानून, और इस की रौशनी में  चलाया जा रहा निज़ाम, सरकारी मकड़ जाल से जुड़े लोगों को, सत्ता के गलियारों में छुपे दागी अपराधियों को, या स्यार नुमा राजनेताओं को और उन के क़ातील यारों को  एक कवच की तरहं  बचाता है, जब की  आम आदमी की गर्दन पे हाथ डालने के लिए यही कानून सैकड़ों प्रावधान बनाये हुए है।  देश को सच्चे प्रगतिशील पथ पे अग्रसर करने के लिए इस घटिया तथा गली सड़ी कानूनी व्यवस्था में बदलाव लाना अनिवार्य है। 

      

शायद आप ने भी देखा हो की कभी किसी  पुल पे  लिखा होता है कि यहाँ  फोटो खींचना एक दंडनीय अपराध है।  अब आप जब वहां पिकनिक बनाने गए तो  शायद ये सोचा भी न हो की इस पुराने कानून के तहत इस टूटे फूटे पुल को बहाना  बना कर  आप को जेल तक भेजा जा सकता है, सिर्फ उस पुल  पर फोटो खिंचने के जुर्म में, वो भी तब जब आज गूगल पे  कोई भी व्यक्ति घर बैठा  उस पुल   और यहाँ तक की उस पे टहलते हुए आप को भी देख सकता है ।

                हम सभी जानते हाँ कि  इन्फोर्मशन टेक्नोलॉजी  के इस युग में सभी तरहां के हथियार, चाकू छुरिया बंदूख और तीर कमान से ले कर मिसाइल्स और ऍफ़ 16 जहाजों तक को इस्तेमाल करने का ढंग और  रख रखाव के तौर तरीके इंटरनेट पे 24 x 7 उपलब्ध हैं और इन हथियारों के बाबत किसी भी तरहं की जानकारी हर आदमी को उपलब्ध है। 
              सुन कर हैरान मत हो जाइए गा,  यदि आप के कम्प्यूटर पर  एक साधारण सी  एके 47  की  तस्वीर मिल जाए,  जो आप ने शौकिया तौर पे एक स्क्रीन सेवर की तरह इस्तेमाल करने के लिए इंटरनेट ही से डाउनलोड की हो, आप को हिरासत में लिया जा सकता है।  इन अंधे कानूनों को, रक्षक की खाल पहने हुए कानून के भक्षक,  किसी  को भी तंग करने के लिए इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं, और करते हैं।  नतीजा ये निकलता है की शरीफ लोगों को भी बड़ी आसानी से आतंकवादी सिद्ध किया जा सकता है या यों  कहिये बनाया जा सकता है।  ये एक बड़ी चिंता का विषय है.

      सूझवान देशभक्तों  की बहुत पुरानी डिमांड रही है की  अंग्रज़ों के  बनाये गए गले सड़े कानूनों को खत्म किया जाए और आज़ाद भारत की कानून व्यवस्था को नवजीवन दे कर सार्थक कियाजाऐ ।  मैं और मेरे  सारे साथी मोदी सरकार की इस युगप्रवर्तक पहल का तहे दिल से स्वागत करते हैं और न्याय मंत्री श्री  रवि शंकर   प्रसाद तथा प्रधान मंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी का तहेदिल से शुक्रिया अदा करते हैं।   हम ये भी उम्मीद करते हैं की यूनिफार्म सिविल कोड तथा और भी बहुत से कानूनों में वक़्त की जरूरत के अनुसार जरूरी बदलाव लाने में ये सरकार पहल करे गी।

स्कैम ही स्कैम

आज कल कोल् गेट स्कैम के बहुत चर्चे हैं।   आप को ये जान कर हैरानी हो गी कि ये कोई आज कल की  बात नहीं है बल्कि  पिछले ढाई दशकों से, यानि तक़रीबन 25  साल से ये काला बाज़ारी चल रही थी। इस  दौरान दिली की गद्दी पे कांग्रेस गठनन्धन तथा भाजपा गठबंधन दोनों ही ने  राज़ किया लेकिन दोनों ही ने न्यायपालिका के बार बार चेताये जाने के बावजूद भी देश के इतने बड़े प्राकृतिक संसाधन के आवंटन के वास्ते कोई पायदार कानून या प्रोसीजर नहीं बनाये।  क्यों ? तांकि क्रोनी केपीटलिस्म के तौर तरीकों द्वारा खास लोगों को फायदा पहुँचाया जा सके।  निचले राजनैतिक गलियारों के कुछ नौसिखिये भाजपा नेता इस स्कैम पे हुए एक्शन का श्रेय अपनी सरकार को देने की कोशिश  करते देखे गए।  जब की इस कोयले की काला  बाज़ारी  को बंद करने का सारा श्रेय देश की शीर्ष न्यायपालिका को जाता है।   दरअसल जब भी कोई राजनेता या राजनैतिक दल सत्ता में आता है तो वो दूसरों की गंदगी साफ़ करने की बात तो करता है लेकिन अपने घर की और देखना भूल  जाता हैं,  हाँ  वो एक गैर ज़िम्मेदाराना सेल्फ पब्लिसिटी के काम में जरूर जुट जाता  हैं। हर अच्छे काम का श्रेय ये लोग लेना चाहते हैं खुद चाहे  वो गुंडागर्दी, नशा तस्करी,  भूमाफिआ इत्यादि से शरे आम जुड़े रहे हों  या जुड़े हुए हों । नाजायज़ धन्दों में लिप्त ज्यादा से जयादा ऐसे लोगों का  सिर्फ अपने पापों पे पर्दा डालने के लिए और राजनैतिक संरक्षण पाने के लिए राजनीती में उतरना एक ऐसा स्कैम  है जो भारत की आज़ादी के बाद से आज तक दशक दर दशक, पार्टी दर पार्टी इस देश में चला आ रहा है।  इस स्कैम  के बारे भी न्याय पालिका सभी सरकारों को कई बार चैता चुकी है लेकिन चिकने घड़ों पे पानी का क्या असर....  and as a result the criminalisation of politics is an ever growing phenomena.  नरेंदर भाई मोदी  जैसे कर्मठ और  तीक्ष्ण   बुधि  नेता  से देशवासिओं को गंगा की सफाई के साथ साथ  राजनीती के गंदे नाले की सफाई की उम्मीद कहीं ज्यादा है। बलात्कारी, खूनी, ज़मीनी घोटालों और नशा तस्करी से जुड़े लोगों की छंटनी अगर मोदी जैसे कर्मठ और तीक्ष्ण बुधि नेता के होते भी न हो सकी तो शायद 2024 तो क्या  2009 तक भी  जन्ता उन के  साथ न चल पाए। ऊपर के गलियारों की  राजनीतिक मजबूरीआं हम  समझते हैं लेकिन  ग्रास रुट लेवल पे तो साफ़ सफाई का ख्याल रखना ही पड़े गा क्यों की जन्ता में पार्टी की छवि तो इन्ही लोगों से बनती है।  युवा भारत एक जागृत भारत है।  आज 65 % युवाओं के तेज़ में नहाता हुआ  200  करोड़ की आबादी वाला  भारत  जरूरी कानूनी सशोंधन, विकास के साथ पर्यवरण की रक्षा, महंगाई पे पैनी नज़र, भ्र्ष्टाचार से मुक्ति, नारी सन्मान, गहन कूटनीति के साथ साथ  सीमा पे तिरंगे की आन बान जैसे मुद्दों पे देश की शीर्ष लीडरशिप  से बहुत सी उमीदें लगाये हुए है। बहार के चोरों को तो हम फौजी संभाल  रहे हैं  लेकिन घर के चोरों से आम आदमी की रक्षा तभी हो पाये गई जब  राजनीती से दागियों और बहुबलिओं की छंटनी   जैसे मुद्दे  पे देश के नेताओं का खास ध्यान जाये गा।  क्यों की ये लोग थोड़ी सी राजनीतिक ताक़त पा  कर अपने आप  को गली मोहले के बदमाश समझने लगते हैं और इन की गिरी हुई हरकतों से पूरी भाजपा और मोदी जैसे शीर्ष नेतृत्व  की साख गिरती है। नरेंदर भाई की जिस इमेज को बनाने में इतनी मेहनत और समय लगा  है अगर इन बदमाशों की वजह से वो धूमिल होने से न रोकी जा सकी  तो पार्टी को हर मोड़ पे नुकसान ही झेलना पड़े गा।    मैं इन छोटे और आम से दिखने वाले लेकिन विस्फोटक मुद्दों की और  देश के चीफ एक्सेक्टिव श्री नरेन्द्र भाई मोदी का ध्यान खींचना चाहूँ गा और उम्मीद रखता हूँ की वो अपने रीजनल और प्रादेशिक कप्तानों को इस सन्दर्भ में कोई सार्थक निर्देश जरूर दें गे वरना ये जग जाहिर है की काठ की हांडी बार बार नहीं चढ़ती। अगर हर छोटा बड़ा स्कैमस्टर अब भाजपा का नेता बन के उभरने लगा तो जल्दी ही हर तरफ स्कैम  ही स्कैम नज़र आएं गे।  भाजपा को अपनी छवि साफ़ बनाने के लिए साफ़ छवि वाले  कार्यकर्ताओं को ही आगे बढ़ाना चाहिऐ।       ………………सादर - कवि बलवंत गुरने। 

व्यक्ति भक्त या देश भक्त.................. क्या बनना चाहते है आप ?

देश के सामने कुछ ख़ास मुद्दे रखने ज़रूरी हैं। लोकतंत्र के चलते सभी राजनैतिक दल और राजनैतिक नेता एक दूसरे की कमियां गिनना नहीं छोड़ते। अंध भक्तों की भी कोई कमी नहीं है जो केवल चढ़ते सूरज को सलाम करते हैं और मौका परस्त लोगों की भी कोई कमी नहीं है जो सत्ता पे काबिज़ पार्टी या लीडर का गुणगान करने में कोई कसर नहीं छोड़ते। इस सब के बावजूद ये कहना जरूरी है कि देश के प्रति आदर सत्कार अगर देश का नेता या देश का प्रशाशनिक चीफ दिखाए गा तो हम जैसे देश भक्त उस का पुरज़ोर अभिनंदन करें गे। मुझे नरेंदर मोदी में एक उम्मीद की किरन नज़र आती है। ये नेता बेदाग़ तो चाहे बहुत से  मापदंडों पे  (गुजरात दंगे) न उतर सके लेकिन बेलाग तो अवशय है। एक ऐसा शक्स जिस का न कोई निजी परिवार है न कोई निजी एजेंडा। मोदी का ये बयान की "न गंदगी करूँ गा न करने दूँ गा", राजनैतिक हलकों में एक बहुत ही अहम ब्यान है। ये कोई गली मोहल्ले की साफ़ सफाई तक सीमित नहीं बल्कि देश के प्रधानमंत्री द्वारा दिया गया एक अति महत्वपूर्ण व्यक्तव्य है जिस की गूँज अफसरशाही और राजनैतिक गलियारों को साफ़ करने की एक सिंह हुंकार है। हम सभी क्रन्तिकारी देशभग्त मोदी जी के इस व्यक्तव्य का स्वागत करते हैं और पुरज़ोर समर्थन भी। लेकिन ये भी साफ़ करना चाहतें हैं की हम मोदी भगत नहीं बल्कि भारत भगत हैं और मुझे ये विशवास है की नरेंद्र भाई मोदी भी इस भावना की इज़्ज़त करते हैं।

                                                        भारत वर्ष जैसे विशाल देश के करोड़ों नागरिकों की अगुवाई करना कोई रामलीला में राम या हनुमान का रोल निभाने जैसा नहीं है की जन्ता हर जुमले पे वाह वाही करे, तालियां बजाये। भारत का प्रधानमंत्री एक अत्यंत जिम्मेदारी का पद है। यहां गुणगान व्यक्ति विशेष का नहीं बल्कि कर्मो का ही हो गा। जब नरेंदर भाई ने ये पद संभाला तो सभी में बहुत सी उमीदें जगीं I देश के नवनिर्वाचित प्रधान मंत्री का पुरज़ोर स्वागत हम सभी का फ़र्ज़ होता है, स्वागत किया भी और जहाँ भी नरेंदर भाई देश के लिए कुछ भी अच्छा करें गे या सोचे गे हम उन का स्वागत और समर्थन करते रहें गे लेकिन हम उन्हें या किसी भी व्यक्ति विशेष को पूजनीय इत्यादि अलंकारों से सुशोभित करने वालों में भी नहीं है क्यों की पूजनीय केवल भारत माता है। पूजनीय इंसान नहीं बल्कि इंसानियत के वो सद्गुण हैं जो इंसान को बेहतर इंसान बनाते हैं। हम सोशल मीडिया पे हर अछि बुरी चीज़ पे नज़र रखते है और रखें गे भी I हम मुद्दों पर पैनी नज़र रखें गे और जहां जरूरत हो गी समाज और देश के सार्थक मूल्यों की रक्षा करें गे। यही हमारी देश सेवा हैI जरूरत महसूस हुई तो मुल्क के लिए जान दें गे और जान लें गे भी लेकिन अंध भक्ति हम जैसे सैनिकों से मीलों दूर है। नरेंदर भाई का अपने आप को देश का प्रधान सेवक कहना और ऐसा कर के हज़ारों नेताओं और लाखों सरकारी कार्यकर्ताओं को देश सेवा की ओर प्रेरित करना, उन का देश में स्वछता अभियान का आवाहन, बच्चियों के प्रति उन की संवेदना, गंगा सफाई अभियान, नेपाल भूटान दौरा, जापान दौरा, और अब एशियाई देशों का तथा आस्ट्रेलिए का दौरा सराहनीय है। लेकिन चीन के ज़ी जिनपिंग  का अभिनन्दन जो वक़्त से पहले और जरूरत से ज्यादा था जब की चीनी सैनिक चुमार सेक्टर में आज एक की सब से बड़ी घुसपैठ कर रहे थे,  और आज भी कर रहे हैं, जब की चीन भारतीय सीमा से सटी सीमा के समीप बने कैम्पों में पाकिस्तानी सैनकों को या ऐसा कहिये कि आतंकवादियों को भारत के खिलाफ प्रॉक्सी जंग लड़ने के लिए तैयार कर रहा है, इस के खिलाफ कोई पाएदार नीति न बना पाना, तथा उन का  भाजपा में दागीओं को न रोक पाना निंदनीय है। या तो उन्हें यथार्थ से दूर रखा जा रहा है और या बाकि राजनेताओं की तरहं उन के भी खाने और दिखाने के दांत अलग हैं। ये चिंता के विषय हैं। मत भूलिए की गंगा की सफाई से भी ज्यादा जरूरीदेश में राजनीती के गंदे नाले की सफाई है। बलात्कारी, खूनी, ज़मीनी घोटालों और नशा तस्करी से जुड़े लोगों की छंटनी अगर मोदी जैसा नेता भी  नहीं कर पाया तो जनता के पास सड़कों पर उतर कर  क्रांति की ध्वजा लहराने के इलावा और कोई चारा नहीं बचे गा। मोदी भगति , सोनिया भगति, केजरी भगति, ममता भगति ,जयललिता भगति , मायावती भगति या मुलायम भगति, ये सब तो राजनीती की बची हुई हडीयाँ चबाने वाले चाटुकार गीदड़ों का काम है। जिन्हों ने देशभक्ति के महागुरु भगत सिंह की भक्ति की हो वो इन सब वक़्त के खुदाओं की दिया बाती नहीं करते, केवल भारत माता के चरणों में अपना सीस नवाते हैं। मैं ये जानता हूँ की नरेंदर भाई जैसे नायक इस बात से भली भांति परिचित भी हैं और इस जज़्बे की तहे दिल से इज़्ज़त भी करते हैं।
