2. In short ੴ simply means the world is 'One Being', it is not hinting at the unity of humanity alone, but stressing upon the fact that the world is one singular entity, a nonduality. Duality prevails as an illusion to create polarities, so as the drama continues.
3. ਹੁਕਮੈ ਅੰਦਰਿ ਸਭੁ ਕੋ ਬਾਹਰਿ ਹੁਕਮ ਨ ਕੋਇ, is a statement explaining that the game of life is not about some God directly controlling the order of our universe, or our day to day fate, but it is about, a collective intellect having created a systemic order. The systemic order being in place, ....it allows its writ to prevail.
4. The operative systems themselves operate all orders aswellas chaos, oblivious of any 'personal & presiding', GOD presence.

The algorithm or ਹੁਕਮ is more important than divinity itself, as after having designed the algorithm , divinity allows the algorithms to run the system, without caring to interfere, as it is a 'Self Controlling Algorithm'. ਹੁਕਮੀ ਹੁਕਮੁ ਚਲਾਏ ਰਾਹੁ ॥ ਨਾਨਕ ਵਿਗਸੈ ਵੇਪਰਵਾਹੁ ॥ The 'Master Algorithm', runs the subservient algorithm, and the 'GOD', if so you may care to call the basic cause of all drama, does not care to mess around with established order.
6. So its not that what you do that shall come back to you, as foolishly believed by some, but what is worth realising is that, what ever you are doing, you are already doing to your self. If your right hand is setting your left hand on fire, they are both your hands already.
