Psephologist You can Trust.
1. With politically astute, wily and crafty, yet loyal Amit Shah as his 'Strength' and his larger than life 'Charismatic image' that he and his promoters have build, in a common Indian's mind, Modi is the new , power center of India.
2. All oldies are permanently out. Modi and his deputy, Amit Shah have successfully made their party the richest political party in money as well as vote share, in india.
3. Shah and Namo have created an NDA collation of almost 40 parties, just before the elections, to counter the 'Opposition's Maha-Gathbandhan', which is still no where in sight. Till today, the opposition not only remains divided on who is going to lead the ,'Still in Air Collaboration', but also has nothing new to show.
4. Other than Arvind Kejriwal, the opposition GATHBANDHAN has the same old re-packaged dirty political trickesters. Congress had an opportunity to showcase Sindhiya in MP as well as Sachin Pilot in Rajasthan, but it failed to grab the opportunity of imbibing new Josh in youth, by truly rewarding them with some fresh political blood in form of young chief ministers. Priyanka's entry now is, too little too late.
5. Every one opposing Namo is strategically and successfully ridiculed, including Rahul Gandhi as 'Pappu' and Priyanka Gandhi as 'Pappi'. Behan ji aka Bua ji can not rise above the heel size of her flying by air sandals, Didi is trapped in her tantrums, Lalu and Akhilesh, aka both the Yadavs are 100% family units, so they are easy to pull down. Nitish is in mujra mode, and the rest of the political masqueraders are as such the worshipers of rising sun.
6. Anyone seen as a challange to Namo is ridiculed, and shamed as a strategy and it is proving to be quite a success too. The dead are given a resounding farewell like Atal, Munde and Parrikar, where as the living are belittled. Advani's unceremonious ouster is a warning for everyone else, with any leftover ambition. Such an Exit at 91 years of age is unprecedented. I am surprised why the old man did not walk out gracefully at the change of guard, when many of us could read it written on the wall.
7. Opposition's 'Chowkidar hi Chor Hai', campaign is failing. Time now left is miniscule. Modi's Cheerleaders have downed all others. Even BJP as a name means nothing in front of Modi, as Modi as a brand is bigger than BJP, in people's minds. In fact, BJP as well as many others with a good base in Sangh, are going to piggy ride to victory, if they do, sitting on Modi's shoulders.
8. Modi and Shah are the new BJP, and via them, the political wing of Sangh is now dominant over the parent body. Modi & Shah duo control the muscle power and immense amount of money, collected in name of party fund.
9. Team Modi is already working on a Pan India image for him. Modi's black jacket, black shawl, and white lotus are all symbolic of the fact that, he and his loyalists do not depend upon bhagva brigade alone, rather the 'Bhagva Brigade' now depends on Modi. Post Pulvama and Indian Air Strikes, Modi has emerged very very strong.
10. Corporates are going to back Modi big time in hope of gaining more power. Ambani brothers reuniting and coming to each other's rescue, is again a positive sign, as it has boosted the markets. Nirav's arrest in London and possible extradition to India, is going to further boost Modi's image with the common man. People will say, Modi is honest, 'देखा, मोदी ने तो मोदी को à¤ी नहीं बख्शा।' बात दरअसल यह है कि बाजा़र चढत पे है, पैसा और सत्ता दोनो मोदी दरबार में हाजिरी दे रहे हैं । Markets seem upbeat. मोदी की परछाईं अब à¤ी मोदी से बडी़ है, और à¤à¤•्त जनों को मोदी का विकल्प कोई नहीं दिख रहा।
11. Socialism is reduced, and has been successfully shrunk to JNU campus. Secularism is taken over by Modi, as Yogi is the new face of extreme hindutva, whereas Modi has emerged as a National leader . Extreme Religious positioning has successfully been replaced by nationalism.
12. Generally in absence of any viable alternative in opposition to Modi, many indians do not mind giving another chance to Modi. All opportunistic leaders and regional parties want to tie up with Modi too, just to survive.
13. As a reult Modi, (Not 'BJP) is most likely to win 2019 GEs, true implications of which, only the time will tell.
14. To fructify his promise of NEW INDIA, MODI may actually bring about huge systemic changes in India. India will be ruled by a very strong Namo, supported by Shah as his Knight of Honour. With an absolute bullish approach, Namo will run his train full speed, with Shah as it's Guard. If shown the green flag once again, the duo will completely decimate all opposition.
15. The reforms that may possibly be brought about by Mr. Modi, could nullify the need for unnecessary MPs and MLAs. Modi, if brought to power now, will administer India with a strong bureaucracy comprising of some hand-picked loyalists and some meritorious bureaucrats. Legislature will be nothing more than Modi's cheerleaders, media just a regular nautch girl, and judiciary a mute spectator, as the executive will rule with an absolute writ.
16. On the brighter side, a very indisciplined India will now enter, a golden age of growth and success, where discipline and fear of power will straighten out it's twisted tail. The public sector will shrink to its death, and capitalism will flourish. With genuine intentions, if Modi picks up a new Avtar for him self now, that of a benevolent and people friendly dictator, with zero tolerance for corruption, terrorism and crime against women, aswellas crime in name of any religion, MODI will continue to rule India, till he himself wishes to retire, or destiny wishes him to retire.
17. But as they say, if the gains of capitalism fail to reach the common good of people, if the social hindu muslim, hindu-sikh, hindu-christian discord continues, and if the unnecessary burden of repeated elections is not reduced, and the huge burden of politically elected, criminalised and third-class MLAs and MPs, and their never-ending corrupt ways are not stopped for ever, India will see a bloody mass rising by year 2025. Thus on the darker side, it could be like a fascist helium airship of Nazi Germany, rising up like a dream, but ending up in a tragic mid-air burst.
18. With prayers for good of my nation and wishing that whatever happens, happens for the good of our people, I keep my fingers crossed.
19. I look at all the present happenings, including the rise and rise of Modi, and a very corrupt and disintegrated political canvas of a plethora of political parties, and a huge crowd of low grade politicians available to our nation today, as a small part of huge time and space drama, a 'Great Show' called 'The EVOLVING NEW INDIA'.
