Fools and their slogans won't take our nation far. They will sink this ship before its afloat@✒GBG⚔

1.   Some pracharks of Hindu Rashtra are riding the helium ship or hanging on to Kautilya's political hang glider called 'Saptanga Theory', and simply justifying their demand by hitching it  to Kautilya's theory.

2.  These people base their fluff talk on seven premises  of Kautilya, (चाणक्य) , without truly understanding the concept in its totality. Kautilya stated that a state has seven elements or constituents, which are, namely,
i).   Swami or the King.
ii).  Amatya or the Minister.
iii). Janapada denoting the Land,  and the People.
iv).  Durg or Fortress.
v).   Kosh or Treasury.
vi).  Danda, interprated by              some as army and some          as law.
vii).  Mitra or friends or                   Allies.

3.   According to me, today these elements are  10,  not 7, and they  need a re-interpretation.

4.   Firstly, Swami or the the King, is misrepresented by many scholars by specifying and interpreting Swami as a master or a supremo. A king in modern parlance,  is a chief servant of people, the Chief amongst the elected or selected ones to lead the affairs of a nation, only for a fixed period of time.

5.   It is also essential that the guard must change after a fixed tenure, or else the continuation of a person or party in power, will only result in absolute corruption. The ordinary people of any nation must understand, that the king has to be changed every 4 to 5 years, however the nitikaras or policy makers may coontinue for longer

6.  Amatya, यानी मित्र, यानी मंत्री, यानी शुभ सलाहकार or the Minister, can nor be one person alone.  Amatya  today denotes  a group of people, who are experts in their respective fields to advise the king or the  president on matters of state.

7.   An Amatya has to be a very learned and skilled man. Any politically elected political sycophantic bastard won't do as an amatya,  because such chamchas being themselves corrupt, can only at the most corrupt the king.

8.  The Janapada has been purposed by Chankya as an essential part of a nation. Most simply put, a Janpada is the collective whole of a  Land (Territory) and the People of a nation. These two are essential for a nation to exist,  but it does not mean domination of one janpada over another. Also going by this theory, Sikhs, Coorgis,  and many other people of our nation deserve to be recognised as distinct janpadas, based on their distinct numbers and  distinct identify and politidal territory. So it is not at all about the creation of just one Janpada to the exclusion of others,  in terms of people and territory both.

9.   The possibility of a Maha-Janpada  as a conglomeration of different Janapadas is possible .   For example, if Tamilnadu is a Tamil Janpada, Chennai is a madrasi people's territory, and Punjab is a Punjabi Janpada, than our Hindu friends can have their own Janpada in Varanasi, but to call for demolition of all others to benifit of one is unfair and unethical.

10.  If we carve territory on basis of religion, than a Sikh Rashtra, MusLim Rashtra, A Dalit Rashtra, an Atheist Rashtra, are all as justified as a Hindu Rashtra.  They all deserve a territory.  People of Metros too by this rule are well within their rights to ask for a Metro Rashtra.

11.  If some one talks of a Hindu rashtra on basis of Sanatan Dharma, then why not call  for a Sanatan Rashtra, which our land India has already been for ages, and then where is the need for all this noise.   So from where arises the question of a Hindu Rashtra, when we already are a Santaana Rashtra. I think this question has only one answer, that the need is puerly political, a need arising from vote bank politics, a direct outcome of 'Divide and Rule' polotics.

12.  As per Kautilya the fourth pillar of a state is Durg—the Fortress. In modern parlance, as per me, it is all the secured boundary of a nation, via its border out posts, and border deployments in light of its army, border force and intelligence deployment. Thus the Indian Durg extends from Kashmir in north to Kanyakumari in south and Western rajputana to 7 sister states in east.  So far so good.

13.  Fifth Pilar of a nation is Kosha.  It is nothing but the Treasury, of a nation.  This is a very sensitive  part of a state. It incorporates not only the collective value or worth of a state, but it's complete treasure, tax collection, wages and other expenditures.   A stable and a good economy is a sign of a good king and an unhealthy economy , rising prices, shaky markets are all signs of a bad and  nincampoop King and  his worthless and corrupt Amatyas.

14.  Punishment and reward, or  Dand, is 6th pillar of a state. This is nothing else but a procedure put up in place to bring the guilty to book, aswellas protect the innocent.   The law, the penal code,  the constitution is as relevant today to a state, as it was, in the past. As far as we understand,   not even the king can be above it.

15. सेना or  Army is the 7th pillar of a state.a standing force, a well equipped force that takes care of both internal and external enemy, is as relevant today as it was in the past.

16.    Mitras, friends  or allies or friendly states who stand by you in trying times, vote for you or even help you in war are the 8th pillar.

17.  As per me for a state to succeed  today, the 9th pillar of a state has to be self sustained technologies. This involves self sustainable research, development and manufacturing capacity.  For example, why China is emerging as a world power is because they manufacture all their basic weapons, military vehicles, aircrafts at home, they are today building 8 ships per annum. The comparative status of India can be checked easily via www. net.

18.   Tenth and the most important element of nation building is inclusiveness.  If we isolate or intimidate  a section of our population, a state is bound to disintegrate.

19.  So let us rise above a call for a so called Hindu nation, and stop re-naming People and places,  and  bring our focus back to building a great Bharat Varsha,  or a great  Indian nation. Michel jackson would not have started  singing bhojpuri songs, if  we would have named him, Mai-kaa-Lal-Jaikishan, and Ganga is not getting any cleaner by calling Alahabad,  Prayag .
