1. Rule of law is an illusion of the common people, who think that because they do not break laws, it exists.
2. The Justice and order oriented machinery created to ensure the rule of law, no more exists for the benefit of common man.
3. In today's India, the corrupt bureaucracy, police, and executive from top to bottom, aswellas legislature and the judiciary, are all there to serve themselves, or the rich and powerful, who can pay them for their services or arm-twist them in to action.
4. The only hope left for the common man is, the rebels of the system, whom the corrupt system will now try its best in to submission, in the name of controlling Urban-Naxalism.
5. The system is failing at daily basis forcing the common man to be ready to take law into his own hands. It is wrong to perceive that every act of violence in India is a result of inter-religious rivalry. Almost 60% of cases are a result of pent-up frustration against a choking system.
6. These very harsh sentiments of mine come from incidents like a car crash, in which the Unnao rape victim and her lawyer are critically injured and her two aunts accompanying her are dead.
7. The point in the prime light is, that it's a clear case of silencing the voices asking for justice rather than facilitating protection and justice for the victims.
